The gap is infrastructure. Right now, students cannot book or pay for a single program online. There is no self-serve calendar, no automated confirmation, no payment system, and no landing page built to convert people actively searching for law enforcement training in Alberta.

Every day without this system is revenue flowing to CCJA and Blueline Fitness Testing. They already have online booking and are capturing demand that should be going to STRIKE.

This proposal is for a complete, done-for-you system that turns STRIKE's website into a 24/7 sales engine, taking students from discovery to paid booking without Tariq lifting a finger.

Full e-commerce setup on striketrainingsystems.ca. Stripe gateway connected, individual products for each program, GST auto-applied at checkout, order management dashboard for Tariq.

Amelia Pro Booking System

All 6 programs configured with calendar scheduling, max capacity per session, intake form fields (referral source, emergency contact, blood pressure confirmation, liability waiver, digital signature), and WooCommerce checkout integration.

Email Deliverability Fix

WP Mail SMTP + SendGrid configured, domain authenticated via SPF and DKIM DNS records. Tested across Gmail, Outlook, and Hotmail. Emails will land in the inbox.

Automated Email Flows

Customer confirmation email sent instantly after booking with appointment details, pre-test instructions, and liability waiver PDF attached. Tariq gets a notification with full booking details and payment amount the moment a booking is confirmed.

Liability Waiver Integration

STRIKE waiver PDF embedded in the booking flow as a required checkbox acknowledgement. PDF automatically attached to every customer confirmation email.

High-Converting Landing Page

A standalone ad-ready page built for paid traffic. Hero, program cards with direct Book Now buttons, social proof, how it works, FAQ, cancellation policy, and urgency elements. 100% mobile optimized.

Draft Pages Until Equipment Arrives

PARE & COPAT page kept private as a draft until testing equipment is confirmed on-site. All other pages staged and ready, published on Tariq's approval.
