Real Estate Websites With Live MLS® And IDX Feeds
Wise Media designs & develops premium brands, apps and websites, then runs the SEO, ads, and AI-search visibility that turn them into revenue. For realtors and brokerages, that starts with listings buyers can search on your domain instead of someone else’s.
Why Most Realtor Websites Lose The Lead
A REALTOR.ca® profile and a template site from your brokerage do the same thing. They send your buyer somewhere you do not own. The search happens on a portal, the lead gets captured by a portal, and then you pay to get it back.
- Listings live off your domain, so none of that search traffic builds your rankings
- No saved searches and no listing alerts, so a buyer visits once and never returns
- Forms that email you and nothing else, with no CRM handoff and no follow up
- Brokerage templates that look identical to every other agent in your board
The Tools Your Listings Run On
We integrate with the feeds, CRMs and platforms real estate already uses, so nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
Canadian MLS® And IDX Integration, Done Properly
Most WordPress MLS plugins are built for US boards on the RESO Web API. Canada runs on two different pipes, and picking the wrong one is why realtor website projects stall.
CREA DDF®, The National Feed
DDF is CREA’s Data Distribution Facility. It is national, and brokers opt in individually, so you get a Canada wide pool that you filter down to your market. Not every local listing appears, because only opted in brokers are included. It is the faster path to live listings and the one most agents can actually get access to.
Board IDX, The Local Feed
IDX is a reciprocal exchange inside a single real estate board. Where your board has a reciprocity policy and your brokerage participates, IDX gives you the deeper local data set. Where it does not, IDX is simply not available to you and DDF is the answer.
Compliance Built In, Not Bolted On
Displaying DDF data carries real rules. Every property page needs the Powered by REALTOR.ca® logo at a minimum of 90 pixels wide in a 1:1 ratio, linking to the matching REALTOR.ca® listing. MLS® and REALTOR® have to appear in uppercase with the registered mark. A trademark statement has to sit on every page showing DDF data, and the site needs browse-wrap terms of service and a privacy policy. We build that into the template so it is correct on every listing automatically.
Plugin Or Custom Build
A plugin is right when you need listings live quickly and your search requirements are standard. A custom integration is right when you want listing pages that rank, control over URLs and schema, and a search experience that matches your brand. We tell you which one your situation needs on the call rather than selling you the bigger build by default.
